摘  要:高职院校技术研发服务中存在的问题为:国家的政策与指导力度不够,教师对技术研发工作缺乏正确认识,运行与激励机制缺乏。技术研发服务动力机制的构建分为政府的政策性引导机制、校企合作互惠双赢的利益驱动机制、高校技术研发服务的保障机制以及知识产权的保护机制等。广州铁路职业技术学院依托工业园进行技术研发服务的实践为:形成社会服务能力建设运行机制;建立双师工作室,推进应用技术服务;打造制造业高技能人才培训基地。The problems in technological research and development services of vocational colleges include the not enough national policy and guidance,the lack of a correct understanding of the work concerning technology research and development and the deficient mechanisms in operation and incentives. The incentives for constructing technology research and development service mechanisms involve government's policy guidance, the mutual- benefit- driven mechanism for school- enterprise ccopemtion, the security mechanism for college technological research and development services as well as a protection mechanism for intellectual property. Guangzhou Institute of Railway Technology, relying on in- dustrial parks,is executing technical research and development services practice and forming an operation mechanism for social service capacity construction. Besides,it is building a studio for teachers with bi- expertise to further promote applied technology services and a highly- skilled personnel laaining base for manufacturing.
