摘　　要：在全球信息化的21世纪,医学的发展呈现多学科交叉和学科综合的特点。医学生要适应时代要求成为真正合格的医学人才,必须具备创新思维和创新能力。这就要求我们把握创新思维的本质,从人文精神、教学方式、教育体制等各个方面出发以培养医学生的创新思维。In the era of the 21st century with global information, the development of medicine is characterized by hybrid of multi-subjects and combination of multi-subjects. Medical students must have the ability of innovative thinking and innovative ability to adapt to the current society in order to be highly qualified medical doctors. So we need to master the nature of innovative thinking and to train medical students’innovative thinking ability from the aspects of humanistic essence, teaching methods and education system.
