摘　　要：提高反腐倡廉制度执行力是当前高校建设面临的重要课题。在反腐倡廉建设过程中,高校应科学设计反腐倡廉制度,逐步建成内容科学、程序严密、配套完备、有效管用的反腐倡廉制度体系,提高制度执行主体的责任感,维护制度的严肃性和权威性,切实提高制度的执行力。It is an important issue during the system construction of colleges and universities that how to increase the implementa-tion capacity of anti-corruption bid system. During the process of anti-corruption bid, colleges and universities should design the anti-corruption bid system scientifically and construct the system with scientific content, rigorous program, complete set and effec-tiveness. Also the responsibility of executants should be encour-aged to maintain the seriousness, authority and implementation capacity of the system.
