当前高校学生党员教育管理问题探析

摘　　要：党的十八大对党员素质提出了新的要求,然而目前各类高校仍普遍存在学生党员的质量与数量严重不协调的问题。本文对当前高校学生党员教育管理的现实问题做一分析,并提出完善高校学生党员教育管理体系的举措,要求高校基层党组织进一步加强学生党员分类管理,建立长效培养机制,创新党员教育模式,完善党员教育监督、保障机制,健全党组织机构等。从而有效地发挥新时期大学生党员的先进性,构建科学有效的学生党建工作体系。New requirements on the quality of the Party members were put forward in the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC. However, there is still a generally existing problem that the quali-ty and quantity of student Party members in various colleges and universities are seriously uncoordinated. This article is devoted to analyze the practical problems on education and management of students Party members in the current colleges, put forward mea-sure to improve the management and education system of Party members, require grass-roots Party organizations to further strengthen the classified management of student Party members, establish long-term training mechanism, innovate education mode of Party members, improve Party members＆#39; education, su-pervision, and security mechanism, and improve the Party orga-nization. Thereby, the advancement of college student Party members in new period is brought efficiently into play, and a sci-entific and effective work system for the Party construction of col-lege students is established.
