摘　　要：近年来,大学生生涯规划逐渐被广大大学生所认知和接受,但大学生对如何有效合理地制定生涯规划还存在盲点。因此本文就大学生生涯规划中的自我管理做出分析,着重强调在这个过程中自我管理的重要性,和怎样让大学生在生涯规划中养成自我管理的良好行为,旨在通过此文能有效提高大学生生涯规划的质量。In recent years, university students＆#39; career planning is gradually recognized and accepted by the majority of university students, but there are still blind spots in university students＆#39; ef-fective and rational career planning making. Therefore, this paper makes an analysis of self-management in university students＆#39; ca-reer planning, emphasizes on the importance of self-management in this process, and how to get university students to develop the good behavior of self-management in career planning, aiming to effectively improve the quality of university students＆#39; career planning.
