摘　　要：随着民办高等教育事业的飞速发展,实验师资队伍建设已成为各民办高校师资建设的重要课题之一,民办高校艺术类专业实验师资队伍的建设一直以来都面临着诸如学历、职称偏低,师资队伍来源不足,稳定性差等问题。本文以重庆人文科技学院为例,分析当前民办高校艺术类专业实验师资队伍所存在的问题,并就如何构建合理的实验师资队伍进行探讨,提出相应的策略。With the rapid development of private higher education, the construction of experiment teaching staff has become an important task in the construction of the teacher team in the private colle- ges. The construction of experiment teaching team of art majors in private college has faced issues such as education, low professional title, insufficient teachers and the stability problem etc.. In this paper, through the author＇ s colleges, analysis of the current existence of art majors in private college＇ s exper- imental teaching staff problems was carried out, and how to build a reasonable experimental teaching team was explored. Finally, the corresponding strategy was put forward.
