摘  要:齿轮箱作为机械设备的关键部件,故障发生率比较高,针对其运行信号大多为非平稳振动信号,设计以DSP-TMS320F28335(简称F28335)为核心的嵌入式齿轮箱故障诊断系统,利用F28335丰富的外设模块搭建了系统的硬件平台结构,通过MATLAB中的Embedded Coder,Simulink/Stateflow和DSP System Toolbox搭建数据采集、数据预处理和通信模块模型;并在Simulink中搭建神经网络模型,使用神经网络对故障进行诊断识别。将MATLAB与CCS连接,使MATLAB自动生成代码加载给CCS进行调试。该系统具有数据采集、数据存储、通信和故障诊断功能。The gearbox is the key components of machinery and equipment, failure rate is relatively high. For the most gearbox running signals are nonstationary signals, a embedded geartbox fault diag- nosis system is designed, which takes DSP-TMS320F28335 as its core. The hardware platform archi- tecture is built by using various peripheral module of F28335. Data acquisition, data preprocessing and communication model are built by using the Embedded MATLAB Coder, Simulink/Stateflow and DSP System Toolbox, and a neural network model is built in Simulink, and the fault is identified by the neural networks. Connecting MATLAB and CCS, the automatic generation code from MATLAB is load to the CCS for debugging. The system includes data acquisition, data storage, communication and fault diagnosis function.
