麦饭石对霉菌毒素AME AOH的吸附清除实验

摘　　要：目的　研究麦饭石对有致癌作用的互隔交链孢霉毒素AME和AOH的吸附清除作用。方法　把麦饭石装入两组过滤柱中 ,把毒素配制成 0 5mg/ml浓度液体 ,加入两组的过滤柱中 ,分别测定在紫外光下荧光斑点颜色和面积 ,来记为强阳性、弱阳性。结果　原液 ,对照组AME和AOH都是强阳性 ,空白组为阴性。结论　麦饭石对霉菌毒素有较强的吸附清除能力 ,吸附清除率可认为达98% ,是一种比较结合实际成本低廉的去毒途径。Objective To study on absorbing and clearing the isolated interlinkage sporaunycin AEM and AOH by medical stone.Methods Medical stone is put into two groups of filter columns, Toxin is prepared and matched to the liguid with 0.5 mg/ml concentration and added to the columus. Then, fluorescent spots colour and area are respectively measured in the filtered ultroviolet light and noted as the strong positive and weak nagtive.Results Original liguid and cheek groups of AME and AOH are all strongly positive, The blanles are nagtive.Conclusions Medical stone has stronger ability to absorb and clear mould toxin.The rate of absorbtion and clearence can reach 98%. Medical stone is a low-cost and practical way of detoxication.
