河北省公示语翻译中存在的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：深入研究公示语翻译的规范化措施是加强城市文化建设的必然需求,是构建城市居民良好文化素质的有效途径。调查分析河北省石家庄、秦皇岛、唐山三城市内的公示语翻译状况,发现存在公示语翻译普及率不高、公示语翻译错误率较高及书写不规范和单词拼写错误现象比较严重等问题。应加强市民的语言素质文化建设、成立以翻译学专家为主体的专业翻译机构、明确专门机构的监督与审核职责以及建立全面覆盖的社会监督机制,以促进公示语翻译的良性发展。Study on the normalization of public signs translation alms to strengthen urban cultural construction and improve the qual- ity of citizens. The paper makes a complete diagnosis of the current situation of public signs translations in Shijiazhuang, Qinhuangdao and Tangshan cities. The research reveals the marked problems in the present public signs translations as low popularizations rate, too many errors, irregular writing and wrong spelling. Finally, the health development are analyzed in terms of promoting cit- izens＇ second language proficiency, setting up professional translation organization, defining the special organization＇s duty of overseeing and examining, and establishing the social oversight mechanism all round.
