摘 要:近年来,西方国家对职业生涯教育效果评价研究日趋关注,研究者们采用了多样化方法对职业生涯教育在个体发展、组织变革和社会公平等方面的积极效果进行了揭示。由于认知不一、立场不同以及职业生涯教育情境复杂,相关研究也面临诸多挑战。为推进我国职业生涯教育工作,当前要高度重视相关效果评价研究,科学确立评价指标,恰当选择评价方法与工具,借助研究结果为职业生涯教育营造良好外部环境。In recent years,the research on effect evaluation of career education has been paid more and more attention in western countries.The researchers adopt some diverse methods to reveal the positive effect of career education on individual development,organizational reform,and social justice.With the different cognitions,the distinct positions and the complicated situation of career education,some relevant researches are facing many challenges.In order to advance the career education in China,high attention should be paid to the correlative effect evaluation research,and the evaluation index system should be established scientifically.In addition,the evaluation methods and tools should be selected appropriately to create a great external environment for career education with the help of the research results.
