高校职务技术成果有效保护的若干思考

摘　　要：目前我国高等院校在职务技术成果转化工作中存在着许多混乱现象 ,尤其是职务技术成果的非法转让使高校蒙受了巨大的经济损失 ,造成国有资产的不断流失。针对高校职务技术成果转化中存在的问题加以分析和论证 ,明确保护高校职务技术成果的重要性和必要性 ,指出高校职务技术成果民事、行政、刑事保护的三大保护体系 。Nowadays many problems have arisen in the transformation of duty technology accmplishment in high education institutio ns,especially illegal transfering causes great economic losses of high education institutions and the loss of national properties.This paper makes an analysis a nd argumentation of those problems,stresses the importance and necessity of the protection,expounds and proves the law system of civil administration and crimin al laws,puts forward some specific suggestions to strengthen and improve measure s to protect the duty technology accomplishment in high education institutions.
