中国教育学类学术集刊的发展现状及其趋势展望

摘　　要：中国教育学类学术集刊的发展可以分为三个阶段:一是新中国成立到20世纪70年代末,这是教育学类集刊的初创期;二是20世纪80年代初到90年代末,这是教育学类学术集刊的低迷期;三是21世纪以来,这是教育类学术集刊的复苏和发展期。今天,学术集刊在推动学术研究发展方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。然而,由于时间尚短,教育类学术集刊在学术规范和影响力方面还存在许多不足,应当从管理制度、专业化发展和评价制度入手,全面提升学术集刊的办刊水平。In general, there are three development stages of pedagogical academic bulletins： the stage from 1949 to late 1970s is the initial stage of pedagogical academic bulletins; the phase from early 1980s to late 1990s is their difficult moment; and the period since new century is their revival and development stage. They play more and more important roles in academic studies today, although they have some shortcomings and defects in terms of aca- demic norm and influence. We should take effective measures to improve the bulletins＇ academic influence, such as, innovation of their management system, promotion of their specialization, and reformation of evaluation system.
