摘　　要：物流业是我国各产业健康发展的支柱和纽带。在未来经济的快速发展中需要大量具有相当职业能力的人才,各高校应该充分发挥人才培养"主力军"的作用,探讨实验教学体系,培养出适应社会需要、实践能力强的物流人才。文中根据理论课程的梯度教学,将专业认知度不同的学生的实验教学分为基础、关键、提高和扩展四个阶段,有利于学生循序渐进的掌握专业知识和技能。The logistics industry is the pillar and ties in our country. In the future,a lot of professional talent will be required because of the rapid economic development. All colleges and universities should play a full role in personnel training to explore the experimental teaching system and culture the practical ability to adapt to the needs of the community. Based on the theoretical course teaching,this paper divides the experimental teaching into four stages,helping students to acquire specialized knowledge and skills gradual.
