摘　　要：借鉴欧美发达国家房地产人才培养的经验,江西财经大学房地产经营管理专业积极探索"双证融通"人才培养模式。文中提出了房地产人才"双证融通"培养模式的方案设计,总结了其培养特色和应用情况。Based on the experience of qualified personnel for real estate industry in developed country,we are exploring the education model which is linking up the bachelor certificate with profession certificate in Jiangxi University of Finance ＆amp;Economics.This paper puts forward the scheme of linking up the bachelor certificate with profession certificate for qualified personnel in real estate industry,and summarizes the education characteristics and its application.
