摘　　要：全面学分制是坚持以人为本的教育理念基础上的人才培养模式创新,与之配套的书院制管理模式更加注重学生的主体性、创造性,这种全方位、多角度的学生工作新模式,弘扬个性的同时,更加体现博雅情怀。全面学分制下的书院制不仅仅是学生管理的变革,更是育人理念的革新。Comprehensive credit system is an innovative personnel training mode based on people-oriented education concept. The matching academy system management mode pays more attention to the students＆#39; subjectivity and creativity. This new all-round, multi-angle student work mode better reflects the well-informed and refined spirit as well as promoting personality. The academy system under comprehensive credit system is not only reform in students management, but also the innovation of educational concept.
