摘 要:基于钢丝绳的空间螺旋结构及微分几何理论,利用三维建模软件和有限元法建立1×37 IWS单捻钢丝绳三维实体模型和有限元模型,采用Augmented-Lagrangian算法及相应接触参数,结合相应的边界条件进行仿真。仿真显示:在轴向载荷作用下,中心丝的应力要大于其他层钢丝应力;由于钢丝绳股内钢丝点接触状态,导致钢丝应力呈现等幅度周期性波动;理论计算和模拟仿真结果基本一致,验证了模型具有一定的合理性。Based on space spiral structure of the wire rope and theory of differential geometry, 3D solid model and finite element model of 1 × 37 IWS single twisted wire rope was established by 3D modeling soiiware and FEM. By using Augrnented-Lagrangian algorithm and corresponding contact parameters, the simulation was conducted with corresponding boundary conditions. Simulation results showed: the stress of the central wire was greater than other layers of wire under the action of axial loads; point contact state of strand wire of the wire rope brought about equal-amplitude cyclical fluctuation of the stress of the wire rope; the theoretical calculation results were generally consistent with the simulation ones, which verified some reasonableness of the model.
