摘　　要：目的建立应用微生物法试剂盒检测奶粉中维生素Bs含量的分析方法。方法采用维生素Be微生物检测试剂盒定量检测奶粉中添加维生素B6的含量。结果维生素B6的线性范围为0．002～0．012mg]100g（ml），检出限为0．002mg／100g（ml），其标准曲线的相关系数为0．9987，相对标准偏差均〈10％，其回收率达到90．0％～108％。结论微生物法试剂盒具有灵敏度高，检出限低，线性范围宽，操作方法简便、快捷，结果准确可靠等优点，可用于奶粉中维生素B6的检测工作。Objective To develop a method of measuring vitamin B6 in milk powder by microbiological method.Methods Vitamin B6 in the samples of milk powder was measured by vitamin B6 quantitative microbial detection kit.Results The standard curve of vitamin B6 was linear in the range of 0.002-0.012 rag/100 g （ml） （r=0.9987）,and the detection limit was 0.002 mg/100 g （ml）.The relative standard deviations of different samples were all below 10% and the recoveries were between 90.0% and 108%.Conclusion Microbiological method is convenient,rapid and accurate.h can be used to develop a high sensitivity and low detection limit method to measure vitamin B6 in milk powder.
