摘 要:以绿潮藻浒苔为原料,通过稀酸水解与发酵法制生物丁醇。分析硫酸质量分数、料水比、温度、时间等因子对浒苔稀酸水解的影响,最终确定稀酸水解条件为:硫酸质量分数3.0%、料水比1∶15、温度120℃、时间60min。得到水解液的还原糖质量浓度为32.78g/L,还原糖提取率为49.17%。利用丙酮丁醇梭菌CICC8016发酵浒苔水解液,在添加质量分数0.2%的硫酸铵,初始糖质量浓度为30g/L时,经过72h发酵,可产丁醇3.39g/L。Hydrolysis of green tides alga Enterornorphaprogifera and fermentation for butanol production were investigated in this study. The alga thalli were treated with sulfuric acid to get reducing sugar. The effects of sulfuric acid concentration, solid-liquid ratio, treatment temperature and time on the hydrolysate of alga were studied,and hydrolysis conditions were optimized. The results showed that the optimum con- ditions for hydrolysis of Enteromorphaprolifera thalli were 3% of sulfuric acid, 1:15 of solid-liquid ratio, 120 ℃ of temperature and 60 min of treatment. The concentration of obtained reducing sugar was 32.78 g/L and extraction rate was 30 g/L. After adding 2O/oo (NH4)2SO4, and kept initial sugar concentration at 30 g/L, the Clostridium acetobutylicum CICC 8016 was employed to ferment the hydrolysate of Entero- rnorphaprolifera. The butanol yield was 3.39 g/L after 72 h fermantation.
