摘　　要：本文针对目前实训现状的分析和总结给出了一个结合CDIO培养模式思想设计培训大纲,采取引进来的方式,降低对企业的要求,合理利用学校资源进行校企合作,并通过企业合作的项目以接近实际软件开发的模式进行实训的一种新模式。最后给出了培训计划和详细的考评标准。This paper gives a ideological design training programs that combined with CDIO training model, which is a new model that taking the introduction way to reduce the requirements for the enterprise, rationally using school resources for school-enterprise cooperation, and through enterprise cooperation projects to close to the actual software development. Finally this paper puts out the training programs and detailed evaluation criteria.
