摘　　要：作为FC模与FC环的推广,引进了(n,d)-FC模与(n,d)-FC环的概念,给出它们的基本刻画,并利用预包络,预覆盖和余挠理论进一步研究了(n,d)-FC模与(n,d)-FC环的性质.The concepts of （n, d）-FC module and （n, d）-FC ring were introduced as generalizations of FC module and FC ring, some basic characterizations and properties of （n, d）-FC module and （n,d）-FC ring were given by preenvelope, precover and cotorsion theory.
