摘　　要：高校人才培养与社会人才需求的时间错位需要高校专业设置预测来弥补。与高校和个人相比,国家更有利于开展高校专业设置预测。在预测方法日趋科学、社会人才需求预测相对成熟的背景下,高校专业设置预测是可行的。The time dislocation between university personnel training and social demand for talent requires specialties in universities forecast to make up. Compared to universities and individuals, the country is more conducive to carry out the forecast of the specialties in universities. Specialties in universities are feasible to forecast with the forecast method becoming more scientific and the social talent demand forecast relatively mature.
