摘　　要：高职学生思想政治工作的本质是转变青年学生的思想,提高学生的认识水平和觉悟。学生的思想问题是由社会存在决定的,这就决定了思想政治工作者在工作中必须要有问题意识,时刻保持对教育对象、教育内容、教育过程、教育手段、教育环境等的职业敏锐性,时刻关切教育活动中各要素的变化以及由此变化所引发的对教育活动的影响,以期强化教育活动的正能量的传输,减少负能量的影响,从而提高思想政治工作的实效性。The essence of ideological and political work of vocational college students lies in transforming the students＇ thinking and improving their level of understanding and awareness. However, college students＇ ideological problems are determined by social existence. Hence, ideological and political workers must have problem consciousness and always keep a sharp eye on educational objects, educational content, educational process, educational means and educational conditions, be deeply concerned about the changes of all elements of educational activities and their effects on educational activities, so as to enhance the transmission of positive energy and reduce the effects of negative energy, thus improving the effectiveness of Ideological and political work.
