摘  要:建立了同时测定不同类别食品中16种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析方法.对各种类别的食品采取不同的分离、净化方法;含油类样品经正己烷提取后,提取液用GPC凝胶色谱仪进行净化;采用GC EI/MS的选择离子检测方式(SIM)进行定性和定量分析.16种邻苯二甲酸酯的质量浓度在0.02~5 mg/L范围内呈良好线性,相关系数不低于0.999,检出限(S/N =3)为0.02 mg/kg.在0.4~2 mg/kg加标水平下的该方法回收率为75%~115%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=3)为1.00% ~10%.A gas chromatography -mass spectrometry method has been developed for the simultaneous determi- nation on 16 phthalate acid esters (PAEs) in different kinds of foods. Different separation and purification methods have been selected according to the types of foods. The oily samples were extracted with normal hexane by uhrasoni- tally assisted procedure; the extracts were cleaned up by GPC and determined by GC - MS. Within the range of phthalate acid esters concentration of 0.02 - 5 mg/L, a fine relationship was observed between the peak area and the phthalic esters concentration. All of the correlation coefficients were higher than 0.999. The detection limit was a- chieved as 0.02 mg/kg. The recovery range of 16 phthalate acid esters was 75%-115% with the relative standard deviation (RSD,n =3) of 1%-- 10%.
