摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展,社会各行业对于高技能人才的需求越来越大,作为高技能人才培养的中心——职业院校要不断进行改革以适应社会对人才的需求。在借鉴国外研究和实践的基础上我国一些学者对职业院校高技能人才培养模式的内容、结构、问题、对策等进行了探索,并且这些探索呈现出了研究方法实证化、研究视角多样化、研究日渐本土化等趋势。The paper, based on the research and practice from foreign countries, studies the contents and the structures of the high-skilled personnel training modes in the vocational colleges of China, in which the author finds some problems and proposes some measures. The author argues that the current research on the training modes tends to be evidence-based, diversified in research perspectives and localized in research contents.
