摘　　要：当代中国社会转型带来的社会阶层化现象,业已对教师专业伦理的型塑造成一定的影响,主要涉及教师专业信念、教师责任、教师公正等方面;有待通过合理规范教师专业伦理、倡导对话式教育、加强教师教育、提高教师社会地位等途径推动教师专业伦理的重构。The social stratification phenomena caused by the transformation of contemporary Chinese society , has a certain impact on teacher＇ s professional ethics. These effects mainly involve teachers＇ professional beliefs, teacher＇ s responsibili- ty, teacher＇s justice, etc. We should make a reasonable standard of teacher＇s professional ethics, advocate dialogue edu- cation, trengthen teacher education, raise teachers＇ social stares and take other ways to promote the reconstruction of teach- ers＇ professional ethics.
