玉米黄粉替代鱼粉在鲤鱼饲料中的效果评价

摘　　要：试验旨在研究玉米黄粉替代鱼粉在鲤鱼饲料中的应用效果。将300尾鲤鱼幼苗随机分为5组(1个对照组,4个试验组),每组3个重复,每个重复20尾,其中对照组饲料中添加鱼粉20%(不含玉米黄粉),4个试验组中玉米黄粉替代鱼粉量占总量水平分别为5%、10%、15%和20%。试验周期为90 d。添加玉米黄粉对鲤鱼生长及其肉品质影响较大,添加玉米黄粉可替代鱼粉质量分数为5%时的鲤鱼生长性能及鱼肉品质最好,但替代鱼粉质量分数高于5%时,鲤鱼生长性能及鱼肉品质下降。因此,建议鲤鱼饲料中玉米黄粉替代鱼粉5%作为优质饲料。This experiment was to study the effects of corn gluten in substitution of fish meal in the Carp feed. Divide 300 carp seedlings into 5 groups randomly （four experimental groups and one control group）, with three repeats each and each repeat had 20 tails. 20%fish meal was fed in the control group （exclud- ing corn gluten）. The four alternative fishmeal levels in the experiment groups were 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% corn gluten respectively. Experimental period was 90 days. The result showed that： growth and meat quality in groups adding corn gluten have great differences compared with the control group, and corn gluten can replace fish meal when the mass fraction was of 5%, with the best growth performance and meat quality, but when the substitution percentage of fish meal quality score is higher than 5%, the carp growth performance and meat quality showed the downward trend. Therefore, it is recommended that the carp feed in 5% replacement of fish meal as feed is of high quality.
