整合医学理论与公理化体系的建立

摘　　要：医学理论是一个完整、系统的科学理论,公理化方法是自然科学研究中理论构建方法。通过整合现有的医学理论,找到医学公理和基本概念,应用公理化方法研究医学理论体系是一种尝试。研究指出,人体内存在以肺为中心的血液自然上行下行运动体系,是医学理论的重要公理;人体内广泛存在的血液自然分布单位,是医学理论的基本概念。以此为逻辑推理前提,可以推导出医学理论的若干理论命题,从而建立起医学理论的公理化理论体系。The medical theories are a complete and systematic set of scientific theories, and the axiomatic approach is a method of establishing the theories of natural science research. Through the integration of the existing medical theories, we attempted to find medical axioms and basic concepts for studying the medical theory system via the axiomatic method. The study indicated that there is an ascending and descending natural flow system of the blood with the lung as the center in human body, which is an important axiom of medical theory system, and that there is a natural distribution unit of the blood existing widely in human body, which is a basic concept of medical theory system. With these as the logic premise, a series of theoretic propositions can be deduced, thereby establishing an axiomatic theory system of medical science.
