摘　　要：团队文化建设是团队管理的重要组成部分,它可以有效地形成团队共同的目标和价值取向,形成团队的凝聚力。分析了团队文化的作用,阐述了团队文化建设的任务,总结了速录专业创新团队文化建设的成果.Team culture construction is an important part of team management, which can effectively form team goals, value orientation, and team cohesion. This thesis analyzes the function of team culture, expounds the tasks of the construction of team culture, and summarizes the results of the innovation of team culture construction of speed recording major.
