摘  要:针对高职院校德育工作重视不够、效果不佳、内容和模式创新不足等问题,提出以社会主义核心价值观引领高职院校德育工作的设想。分析社会主义核心价值观内涵及高职院校德育工作特点,得出以社会主义核心价值观引领高职院校德育工作必须坚持师德先行和学生主体的结论,为高职院校开展德育工作提供参考。Aiming at the problems in the moral education of higher vocational colleges, such as not enough atten- tion, poor effect, lack of innovation in content and mode, and so on, propose the idea of leading moral education with socialist core values in Higher Vocational Colleges. Analysis the connotation of socialist core values and the characteristics of moral education in higher vocational colleges, the conclusions that leading moral education with socialist core values in Higher Vocational Colleges must take the teacher moral first, and take students as the centre of teaching, thus provide some references for the moral education in Higher Vocational colleges with the findings.
