摘　　要：为了提高高职学生英语自主学习能力和英语应用能力并且切实提高高职英语教师的职业素养,建设高职英语教师信息化教学团队是实现上述目标的重要载体,但是其建设路径却是摆在广大高职院校教学管理部门和英语教师面前的难题。In order to improve the vocational college students＇ English autonomous learning ability and application ability and improve English teachers＇ occupation accomplishment, the construction of English teachers＇ informatization team is an important carrier of the realization of these goals, but its construction path is a tough problem placed in front of the teaching management departments and the English teachers of vocational colleges.
