摘  要:目的调查高校学习风气现状,研究学风相关影响因素。方法面向某综合性大学全体在校本科生,应用自制高校"本科学生学风相关影响因素"量表,调查对学风的期望值及评价、学习状态、多种个体及环境因素对学风的影响等。结果大学生对大学学风的评价比入学前的期望值及对高中学风的评价低(t D=18.10,10.48;P<0.001)。主观因素如是否根据兴趣选择专业(r s=0.139,P<0.01)、是否在学生组织中任职(r s=0.110,P<0.01)、是否积极参与活动(r s=0.216,P<0.01)等,客观因素如校训(r s=0.117,P<0.01)校园历史文化(r s=0.197,P<0.01)、社会观点(r s=0.205,P<0.01)等与学风现状具有统计学相关性;寝室文化(r s=0.048,P=0.081)、某些社会风气(r s=0.023,P=0.250)与学风现状不具有相关性。结论高校整体学风良好,但大学生对高校建立良好学风有更高需求。可从提高兴趣、增强主观能动性、构建积极校园文化、正确引导社会舆论导向等方面着手进行学风建设。Objective To investigate current situation and influencing factors of learning style of universities in China. Methods Undergraduates in a comprehensive university were given homemade questionnaires to investigate expectations and evaluations of learning style, learning state and some individual and environmental factors that might have an effect. Results Evaluations of learning style in the university was lower than the expectation on it and the evaluations of that in high school(t = 18.10, 10.48 ; P 〈 0. 001 ). Some indi- vidual factors such as interests in majors(rs =0. 139,P 〈 O. 01 ), occupation in student organizations(rs = 0. 110,P 〈 0.01 ) and atten- ding student activities(rs =0. 216,P 〈0.01 ) and some environmental factors such as university motto(rs =0. 117,P 〈0.01 ), history and culture of university( rs = 0. 197, P 〈 0. O1 ), point views of the society ( rs = 0. 205, P 〈 0.01) were related to the learning style, while dormitory culture (rs = 0. 048, P = 0.081 ) and social ethos ( rs = 0. 023, P = 0.250) were not related to learning style of university. Conclusion The overall learning style in universities is fine. However, undergraduates have high requirements for better learning style. Some ways are advised to improve learning style such as interest development, conscious activity stimulation, school culture establish- ment and guidance of social point views.
