药学实验中心建设与实验教学质量监控

摘　　要：培养具有创新精神和良好实践能力的药学人才是药学本科教育的目标之一,药学综合实验中心建设和实验课教学质量监控是实现这一目标的重要举措。文中分析了药学实验课程的不足之处,介绍了长治医学院药学系在统一规划、集中建设、优化管理和资源共享等方面所进行的实验教学中心管理模式探索;从健全质量监控队伍、加强质量监控力度和制定质量监控标准三个方面阐述了实验教学质量监控体系对教学改革的重要作用;提出了实验室人员梯队建设的具体措施;展示了取得的一些成效,并展望了今后的发展。Cultivation of inavative and good practical ability pharmacy talents is one of the goal of pharmacy undergraduate educa- tion. The construction of Pharmaceutical Laboratory Center（PLC） and the quality monitoring of experimental course are both important measures to realize this goal. This article analyzes some drawbacks of previous pharmaceutical experimental course, introduces the ex- ploration of management pattern by unified planning, centralism construction, optimal management and resource sharing, describes the important role of experimental course quality monitoring system in educational reform from three aspects ： perfecting the quality mo- nitoring team, strenthening the quality monitoring and creating quality monitoring standards, proposes the definite steps of laboratory echelon construction. Some results have been obtained. The article also looks to the future in the end.
