校企合作共建实验室的可持续发展研究

摘　　要：实验室建设受实验经费、实验仪器设备、实验环境、实验教学体系、实验队伍及实验室管理等实验资源限制。作为一个耗散结构,实验室不断与外界进行物质、能量和信息的交换,校企合作共建成为实验室建设发展的新模式。文章从可拓资源角度出发,探讨校企合作共建实验室的资源整合,经资源、关联准则、资源论域的变换,将实验室的不可控资源变成实验室的可拓资源,实现实验室的可持续发展。The construction of laboratory is restricted by the experimental resources, such as experimental fund, experimental equip- ment, experimental environment, experimental education system, laboratory teams and management. Laboratory system is a dissipative structure, it is a new pattern on construction and development of laboratory. Based on extension resource perspective, this paper dis- cusses the resources integration between colleges and enterprises for co-construction of laboratory. By the transformation of resource, re- lation maxim and resource domain, laboratory transforms uncontrollable resource of laboratory into extension resource of laboratory, achieves its aim of sustainable development.
