摘　　要：针对基层卫生服务"基本医疗+公共卫生"的重新定位,分析了当前高职高专临床医学专业实践教学的现状及存在的主要问题,并从建立高仿真模拟实训基地、整合教学内容、改进教学方法、完善考核评价体系等方面对高职高专临床医学专业实践教学改革进行了探讨。The primary health service was repositioned as ＂basic medical and public health＂. In this case, we analyzed the cur- rent status of practical teaching about clinical medicine in Higher Vocational Colleges. The establishment of the simulation train- ing base and the integration of teaching contents were discussed to improve teaching methods and the evaluation system of higher vocational specialty of clinical medicine practice teaching reform.
