摘  要:目的:调查宁波地区不同医院、不同层次护士职业压力程度,分析影响职业压力的主要因素。方法:采用护士职业压力量表对宁波地区28家各级医院1535名临床在职注册护士进行调查。结果:工作中感到有压力者占88.7%,不同医院等级、工作部门、编制在护士职业压力中存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:宁波地区护士职业压力程度较高,工作部门是影响护士职业压力的主要因素。[ Objective] To investigate nurses' occupational stress level in different hospitals in Ningbo area and to explore the contributing factors. [ Method] A questionnaire of nurses' occupation cognition was used in the study. 1535 registered nurses of 28 hospitals in Ningbo area were enrolled. [ Result] 88.7 % nurses experienced work orientated stress. A significant difference was detected in different hospitals, work places and types of conlract in work orientated stress(P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] There was a high proportion of nurse undertaking work orientated stress in Ningbo area. Work place was One of the main contributing factors.
