摘　　要：本文分析了企业所需商科大学生的素质,使在校大学生在大学学习期间进行就业准备,为学校提供未来就业指导工作的资料,也为商科人才教学模式改革提供思路。This paper analyzes the quality of university students required by enterprises, enabling the college students to make employment preparation. It can provide employment guidance work in the future for the school information, and also provide ideas for the reform of teaching mode for business talents.
