摘　　要：住宿生管理是高职辅导员工作的重要环节,直接影响学生身心健康发展和学生管理工作整体水平,本文在对住宿生管理中的常见问题进行分析的基础上,立足辅导员工作职责,谈高职辅导员应如何在住宿生管理上发挥作用。Boarder management is an important part of the work of higher vocational counselors, which directly affects students＇ physical and mental health development and the overall level of the student management work. Based on analysis of the common problems in boarder management and standing on the duty of counselor, this article discusses how to give full play to counselors in high vocational college boarder management.
