摘　　要：车辆工程专业学生需提高创新能力才能适应社会需求。从应用型教育的特点出发,结合以项目管理的方式进行创新的体会,对利用产学研三结合提高车辆本科生创新意识和科技创新能力,提高团队意识和共同价值观等问题进行了探讨。在产学研结合的前提下,学生科研创新能力的提升,需要多种方式并举。创新的同时要提高他们的学习方法、创造方法。提高地方应用型本科院校车辆专业学生的科研创新能力是一个渐进的过程。Improving the ability of col ege students’innovation is needed for the social developing.Based on the training goal of automobile engineering and the characteristics of application education in local university,combined with the experience of innnovation in the mode of project management,got many ways to improve students’creative ability.Such as raising innovation consciousness,training team spirit,developing common values,establishing innovation system.Improving the ability of innovation is a gradual process in local university.
