摘 要:针对通风机组的纯滞后特性,采用Smith预估器对系统进行补偿。根据通风机组的结构和特性,建立以改进型数字PID控制算法和纯滞后补偿技术为核心的温度控制模型。通过可编程控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC),实现了温度控制模型在通风机组中的工程应用。实践表明,温度控制系统可以消除系统的静态误差,减少超调,缩短调节时间,提高控制精度,使系统运行平稳。Aiming at the pure lag charactex'istics of the ventilation equipment, the Smith predictor was used to compensate for the systemo On the basis of the ventilation equipment's structure and characteristics,the temperature control model was set up with the improvement digit PID control algorithm and the pure lag compensation technique at its coreo In the use of PLC,the engineering application of the temperature control model in the ventilation equipment was realizedo The practice was shown that the temperature control system can eliminated the system's quiet error and reduced overshoot and shortened the regulate time and raised the control precision and made the system run steadily.
