林业专用吊运车在大苗移植中的应用和效益分析

摘　　要：为解决大苗出圃运输人抬肩扛难题,提高树木移植机械化水平,河北农业大学教学实验林场根据生产实际需要,结合现代农机的发展成果,研发了适合苗圃林地大苗移植的"林业专用吊运车"。该吊运车在大苗出圃运输中所需人员只2名,是人工搬运的1/2,苗木完好率达到98%以上,高出人工搬运18%左右,每搬运一棵大苗所需的时间为5min,工作效率大为提高。In order to solve the problem of big sapling outplanting transportation on shoulders and improve the tree transplanting mechanization level, a forestry special trolley for the forest big sapling transplantation was developed in the Teaching Experimental Forest Farm of Hebei Agricultural University according to actual demand in combination with the research achievements of modern agricultural development. In the big sapling outplanting transportation the trolley required only 2 workers, which is a half manual handling, with the big sapling intact rate of more than 98%, higher than that of 18% by manual handling. Each transportation required only 5 min, therefore, its work efficiency was greatly improved.
