摘　　要：职业教育和社会就业良性互动是职业院校自身发展的必然选择,转变理念,强化办学特色,注重就业导向;强化教学中心地位,加强师资队伍建设,创新实践教学体系,提高教育质量;建立产学结合,学用匹配的长效机制,校企双赢,畅通就业渠道;科学设置专业,优化招收环境,创就业品牌等可形成职业教育与社会就业的良性互动。Vocational education and social interaction of employment is an inevitable choice for their own development in vocational colleges, which make us have to change our ideas of running vocational colleges, enhance our unique features of running and focus on employment-orien- ted. Meanwhile we must center the teaching work and teaching staff＇s development and innovate the teaching methods and improve the teaching quality. A benign interaction between social employment and vocational education need cooperative education between industry and college, a long-term mechanism of learning to use, win-win style between industry and college, which finally set up a channel of employment. Also area sonable major setup, optimization of employment environment and so on can create a benign interaction between social employment and voca- tional education.
