摘 要:以普通营养琼脂平板为基础,添加促进沙门氏菌生长和抑制其他菌属生长的物质,通过正交试验,确定基础培养基的成分和浓度,再通过单因素分析确定显色底物(M-gal)浓度,最终确定沙门氏菌快速检测显色培养基(Rapid detection of Salmonella Chromogenic Medium,RSCM)配方.对照沙门氏菌国标检测法,分析RSCM的出菌率和特异性,结合检出时间综合评价RSCM的检测性能.结果表明,与沙门氏菌国标检测法相比,RSCM在出菌率方面差异无统计学意义(F=0.757,P>0.05),特异性较高,并且在检测时间方面优于国标检测法.We determined the components and concentration of a basic culture medium through orthogonal experiments by adding substances capable of promoting the growth of Salmonella and inhibiting the growth of other bacteria on a common nutrient agar plate, then determined the concentration of a chromogenic substrate through single factor experiments,and finally determined the formula of Rapid detection of Salmonella Chromogenic Medium (RSCM). In comparison to the national standard method,we evaluated the detection performance of RSCM according to the plating efficiency, specificity and detection time. The results showed that the difference of plating efficiency between RSCM and the national standard method had no statistical significance;the RSCM had high specificity and was superior to the national standard method in detection time.
