摘 要:研究了β-环糊精和多菌灵在水相中形成的超分子体系的荧光光谱,得到了不同浓度和不同pH值溶液中客体分子的荧光光谱。研究发现,在水相中,β-环糊精和多菌灵形成了1:1的超分子体系,包合常数为3.2×10^2,与单体分子相比,空腔内多菌灵的荧光强度大大提高。β-环糊精的浓度为8×10^-4-5.6+10^-3mol·L^-1时,空腔内多菌灵的荧光强度随着β-环糊精浓度的增加而增强。多菌灵的荧光强度在酸性水溶液中具有很强的增强效应,而在中性和碱性介质中,其荧光增强效应较为平缓。在pH=7.6的溶液中,多菌灵在β-环糊精空腔内的荧光强度达到最大。多菌灵在质量浓度为0.46—6.16ng·mL^-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系,回归方程为F=5.37C(ng·mL^-1)+148.54,相关系数为0.9993。利用荧光增强效应,得到该超分子体系对多菌灵的检测限为60Pg·mL^-1,是已经报道检测限(4.78ng·mL^-1)的百分之一。In this paper, the fluorescent spectra of the supramolecular system formed between β - eyclodextrin and earbendazim in aqueous media is investigated, the spectra of guest molecule in different concentrations and different pH value solution are obtained. Results show that in aqueous media, β -cyclodextrin and carbendazim form a 1 : 1 supramolecuar system, its complexation constant is 3.2 x 102. In comparison with the single guest molecule, the fluorescence strength of guest molecule inside the cavity of β-cyclodextrin is increased in a remarkable extent. The fluo- rescence strength of carbendazim is increasing with the increasing concentration ofβ - cyclodextrin between 8 * 10-aM - 5.6 x 10-3M. The fluorescence enhancement effect of guest molecule is very high in acidic aqueous media, however, it decreases mildly in neutral and basic media, the highest fluorescent strength is found in a pH = 7.6 solution. Within the concentration 0.46ng/mL -6. 16 ng/mL, the fluorescence strength of carbendazim exhibits a good linear relationship, whose regression equation is F = 5.37C(ng/mL) + 148.54, the correlation coefficient is 0.999 3. By means of fluorescence enhancement effect, the detection limit of carbendazim in the supramolecular system reaches 60 pg/mL, one percent of the published result (4.78 ng/mL).
