摘 要:本世纪以来,随着经济全球化和中国国际化的日益发展,中国需要更多具有跨文化能力的国际化人才,这对人才的成长和培养模式提出了前所未有的挑战。本文分析了跨文化能力内涵与维度,同时基于Byram的跨文化能力(ICC)多维度模型与Fantini所编制的跨文化能力自评问卷,根据中国大学生的实际情况,设计了一套评价中国大学生跨文化能力(ICC)自评量表,还结合问卷与访谈等调查方法对中国大学生跨文化能力自我评价进行了一次实证分析,研究结果发现,中国大学生普遍认为自己对外国文化知识掌握不足,在与外国人交流时不愿主动调整自己行为去适应外国人,使用外语进行成功交流的能力欠缺,较少意识到外国人对自己的看法及存在成见的缘由。In this century, with the globalization and internationalization development in China, it needs more internationalized talents with intercultural competence(ICC), which unprecedentedly challenges the current university students training mode. This paper analyzes the meaning and dimensions of intercultural competence, and designs a self-evaluation questionnaire on Chinese college students' intercultural competence, which is based on Byram's ICC multi-dimensional model, and Fantini's intercultural competence self-evaluation questionnaire as well as the actual situation of Chinese college students. Finally, this paper conducts an empirical study on Chinese college students' intercultural competence by using the questionnaire and interview. The research findings show that Chinese college students believe that their knowledge of foreign cultures is inadequate, with the unwilling to take the initiative to adjust their behavior to adapt to foreigners when communicating with foreigners, the deficiency of foreign languages skills to communicate successfully and the lack of awareness on why foreigners' attitude and stereotypes occurs.
