摘 要:教育评估应以人的发展为支点,促进学校在服从国家、社会的发展需求与坚守自身发展的逻辑规律两个维度上协调运转。我国高职教育评估价值取向的实然表达为:引导增强质量意识和规范办学标准,强化人才培养的中心地位、突出教育特色,评估重心因势而变,评估理念与时俱进。但由于起步晚、积累少、进展快,高职教育评估在理论与实践方面仍存不足。从应然层面而言,高职教育评估的价值取向应坚持工具理性与价值理性的统一,加强对与教育质量密切相关的隐性要素的考查,提升院校参与评估的内在动力,促进"管、办、评"分离,实现教育质量监控的常态化、持续化、动态化。Based on the individual development, education evaluation should promote universities" harmonious development on the aspects of sticking to the inner educational regularity and the satisfaction of the national and social needs. The actual expression of the value orientation of higher vocational education evaluation is that the quality awareness of higher vocational education should be enhanced and education standards should be standardized, the central role of teaching should be strengthened, the university characteristics should be stressed, the emphasis of evaluation should be altered according to the social situation, the idea of evaluation should be improved continuously. Because of late start, less accumulation, and fast development, higher vocational education evaluation inevitably has shortcomings in theory and practice. Higher vocational education evaluation should persist in the unification of instrumental rationality and value rationality, strengthen the assessment of recessive factors during the teaching process, enhance the university's inner motivation of participating in evaluation, promote the separation of governance, runningand assessment, and carry out normal, continuous and dynamic assessment in teaching quality.
