摘　　要：信息素养教育是高校图书馆学科服务的主要工作。针对如何面向一个具体的学科,系统、有效地培养该学科的学生具有完整的信息素养能力,清华大学图书馆以数学学科为试点,在调查分析高校学生毕业时应掌握的信息素养能力、各年级学生的学习需求、数学学科有效信息行为的基础上,设计并实施了三级培训计划,取得了不错的教学效果。Discipline - oriented information literacy education is the main work of subject service in university libraries. Tsinghua Uni- versity Library designs and implements an effective information literacy training program in mathematics. The training program is com-posed by three training courses based on the users＇information literacy competency, the users＇learning needs and information seeking behavior in mathematics. 10 refs.
