摘　　要：文章在对近10年国内8所著名高校图书馆队伍中具有研究生学历的人数和比例进行调查的基础上,讨论了10年来各高校图书馆人力资源的变化趋势。同时为了帮助近年进入图书馆工作的高学历人员尽快成长为合格的现代图书馆员,对美国图书馆协会的丹佛决议进行了详尽地更符合中国实际的解读,并对这一决议加以推介。Based on the investigation of the number and proportion of the library group with postgraduate degree in 8 famous academic libraries in recent ten years, this paper discussed the trend of human resources in academic libraries in recent ten years. According to the actual situation of highly educated library group and requirements of the development of the modern library, ALA~ Denver resolution was recommended in this paper. In order to make Denver resolution be in line with China＇s actuality and be easy to refer to for Chinese new librarians who graduated from other discipline, Denver resolution was explained in detail. 7 refs.
