摘　　要：实现科研管理信息化是促进高校教学科研工作的的重要途径。近年来,虽然不少高校在人力、物力、财力等方面加大了投入,科研管理信息化水平较以往有了很大的提高,但与高校教研人员对科研管理工作高效率的要求相比,仍然存在着不少问题,如科研管理难以摆脱传统的管理模式、管理系统软硬件发展不协调、科研管理信息化建设标准不统一等。因此,要想推动高校科研管理信息化水平上新台阶,必须在明确建设思路、创新管理模式、加快软件建设步伐、统一科研管理标准等方面加以努力。Information based management is an important way to promote college education and research work. Despite notably increase investments in IT service in recent years, several problems still remain unsolved, making it hard to meet the demand of efficiency in college education. To solve problems including reminisce of traditional man- agement, unbalanced development of software and hardware systems, and lack of standardized IT services, efforts should be made in clarifying construction ideas, innovating management schemes, pacing up software development, and unifying management standards, therefore move the ]T management in college forward to a new level.
