摘　　要：在剖析绿色交通理念及其本质的基础上,对绿色交通理念提出新的理解;从土地利用空间结构、道路网规划、交通发展模式、智能交通和绿色交通新技术、交通管理措施等方面阐述了构建绿色交通体系的五大途径;最后以涿州生态新区规划为例,将理念和构建途径应用于生态新区绿色交通规划中,细化分析了生态新区道路网、公共交通和慢行交通的规划策略和实施方案,绿色交通理念在规划层面得以落实。Based on dissecting green transportation concept and its essence, this paper puts forward a new understanding about the concept. Then it expounds some technical approaches to building a green transportation system from the following five aspects, spacial structure of land use, road network planning, transport development mode, intelligent transportation and green transportation technology, traffic management measures. At last, taking Eeo New Area of Zhuozhou City as an example, this paper applys the concept and technical approaches to the green transportation planning of New Area. Further analysing the planning strategies and implementation schemes of road network, public transit and non-motorized travel in Eco New Area, the green transportation concept is put into practice on the planning level.
