摘 要:文章分析了30年来涌现的各类工程教育模式的"共相":一是社会需求导向,它反映了工程专业学术研究和人才培养的本质属性之一——工程应用性;二是工程实践驱动,在新模式中,实践教学不再是理论教学的附庸,而是教育和教学整体改革的驱动力量;三是以学生为中心,强调"做中学",本身就是学生中心的典型表现;四是课程整体重构,因为全球工程教育改革的趋势是淡化学科,强化专业,即强化以专业为基础的综合性知识学习和全面工程训练,更激进的做法是淡化专业,强化课群,即围绕系统的项目训练,更加灵活地安排课程模块的结构及其教学呈现。文章最后指出,紧密的产学合作是新的工程教育模式得以生存和发展的必要条件和最重要的外部环境。This paper analyzes the common phenomena in various engineering education modes during the last 30 years. These phenomena are concluded as follows. The first one is the social demand trend, which reflects one of the cores of engineering research and talents cultivation-the application of engineering. The second phenomenon is the promotion of engineering practice, in which practical teaching becomes the driving power of education reform. The third one is the student-centered concept, which emphasizes the significance of learning by doing. The last one is the overall reconstruction of curriculum. It is because that the global trend of engineering education reform is to stress majors and neglect specific subjects (i. e. emphasize major-based comprehensive learning and overall engineering practice) or even stress class group and neglect majors (i. e. flexibly arrange curriculum construction and teaching mode based on systematic practice). At the last of this paper, it's suggested that frequent study-practice cooperation is the fundamental requirement and external environment for the new engineering education mode.
